All medical information provided by patients during consultations, testing, or treatment is kept strictly confidential. 

We comply with Thailand’s data protection and medical confidentiality regulations. Your medical records will only be accessible to authorized healthcare professionals within our clinic and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law. 

2. Medical Services & Prescriptions 

All prescribed medications, diagnostic lab tests, and treatments are determined solely by our licensed physicians, based on each individual’s health condition and clinical indication. 

We do not offer or recommend medications or procedures without a medical justified reason, and we do not provide prescriptions without a proper medical consultation. 

3. Payment Policy 

There is no pre-payment policy for medical services. All payments must be made at the clinic on the day of the visit or service, following a consultation with the doctor. 

All fees are non-refundable once the medical consultation, diagnostic testing, or treatment has been completed. 

We do not issue refunds if the patient decides to cancel, decline further treatment, or change their mind after the clinic visits or once services have been rendered. 

4. Use of Personal Data 

We collect basic personal data (such as name, contact information, and medical history) to provide safe and effective healthcare services. 

Your data will not be sold, rented, or distributed to external entities for marketing purposes. For online inquiries or bookings, we may collect your contact details strictly for follow-up and appointment purposes only.
